Strong Arms Workout

It’s almost spring! Which gets me veeeeerrrrry excited! Not only does this mean the beginning of bare feet, beach volleyball, and warm sun…the day spring comes happens to be my birthday too.

Without me…there is no spring. I brought it.

Just thought you should know that.

With all these spring thoughts, I’ve been working on building my arm strength for beach volleyball and those pretty sleeveless dresses. Here’s a workout I’ve been doing to work on those pipes!

Strong Arm Workout

Do this whole workout 2-3x through, 30 seconds for each exercise. Use 5-15 pound weights, or as much as you can lift with good form. In case you don’t know what skinny dips are, that’s just the fun name for triceps dips. Basically, you do a bridge on the ground, fingers pointed forward, and lift your upper body up and down. This will work your triceps.

Are you excited about spring? Or are you enjoying this cozy winter weather?

While I’ve enjoyed some of the milder weather we’ve had lately, I think of spring as dog-poop season…

Question: who did the cartoon drawing of you on the top right of the page? I’d love something like that!

Axel -Haha, never thought of spring that way. :) The illustrator is Nessa Ninona.
