Going on the Road…
So I’ve got news.
Many of you know that my job is to sing lead and play instruments in a Christian band with my family. I love it…every single concert I know I’m where I’m supposed to be and it’s awesome. We usually sing weekends, so that my life tends to be pretty normal during the week, but once or twice a year we go on tour for a loooong time. And this Thursday, we’re going on an across Canada two-month singing tour! That’s a long while. And I’m beyond excited.
And here’s where the blog part comes in. Yup. I’m going to keep blogging, but the flavour of this site might change a bit.
Ever since I’ve started blogging I’ve felt that my site was mostly about the recipes, which is great…but I’ve wanted to make it more personal. More fun. More open. Share my life a little more.
So I will be. Since I’ll be on the road almost all the time, there’s just no way I can keep sharing as many recipes as I do now…so I’m going to be blogging about lots of other things which is going to be SO fun!
Here are some things you can expect for the next while:

-healthy options at popular restaurants

-some guest posts from some lovely bloggers

-maybe I’ll even show you a few photo peeks of a couple concerts!
Okay, fine…I’ll share one right now. Just because I like you.
This was a couple years ago when my brother and his wife could still travel with us, so our band is now down to four. It’s so special doing music with three of my most favourite people in the world!
