Soldiers of Steel Workout

The following post is sponsored by FitFluential LLC on behalf of Soldier of Steel.

Being a FitFluential ambassador has way too many perks to name, but one thing I love is discovering so many amazing resources for health/fitness I wouldn’t have found otherwise. Example: The Soldiers of Steel workout…the National Guard has teamed up with the movie “Man of Steel” producing a pretty crazy workout program.

While I still haven’t seen the “Man of Steel” movie that everyone is raving about, I did get to learn about Mark Twight who trained Henry Cavill for the role. He’s a Hollywood fitness trainer who pushed cast and soldiers with a unique workout plan, helping them to transform for their respective roles.

Every Morning

When I was watching the promo videos for “Soldiers of Steel” I kept smiling…this guy not only makes you want to work out like a soldier, but talked a lot about how fitness and pushing your limits should NOT just be done because you want to be fitter/stronger…but because doing so will make your CHARACTER stronger and translate to every other area of your life. SO true. That’s one of the reasons I love fitness…if you have self-control and the discipline to carry through with your fitness – it’s GOING to be part of other areas of your life and your strength of character!

He talks about how physical fitness is an essential trait for every soldier. National Guard Soldiers are trained to be ready for anything. Just as Clark Kent transforms into the MAN OF STEEL™ when needed, National Guard Citizen-Soldiers transform when their communities call. I kind of really like Mark.

Motivated to begin your transformation and train like a Soldier of Steel™? Go to SoldiersofSteel where you can:

  • Download a one-month training routine developed by celebrity trainer Mark Twight
  • Learn how Mark transformed Henry Cavill into the MAN OF STEEL™
  • Watch fitness training webisodes
  • Receive training tutorials on 23 different exercises

Man of Steel

Personally, I’m looking forward to trying some of his workouts! They look really tough, but after all this traveling (i.e.sitting) I probably need something like this to whip me back into shape! I downloaded the PDF to my laptop and I love that it comes with a schedule/calendar for it…I’m such an nerd.

Have you seen Man of Steel yet? What’s the hardest workout you’ve ever done?

So cool!! Looks like a neat program. I too, love the way character is pushed – not just focusing on the external, but how fitness workouts push you harder -and not just for you, but for the community you’re in! Thanks for informing us more on the National Guard.

We might go to see Man of Steel today, although my hubby isn’t sure he wants to skip his workout at that time. I’ll have to show him this one.
