The typical store-bought cereal is high in carbs and sugar (even the healthy kinds!), so I save that for special and stick to my own breakfast creations on a day-to-day basis. This one is better than cereal and it&#8217;s surprisingly filling! I started making this a couple years ago and it is was one of my staple breakfasts.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"recipeTitle\">Sweet and Easy PB Breakfast Muesli<\/h2>\n<ol class=\"recipe\">\n<li>2 tbsp. old fashioned oats (not quick)<\/li>\n<li>1-2 tsp. chia seeds<\/li>\n<li>2 tsp. almonds, chopped<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp. hempseeds*<\/li>\n<li>1 package of stevia, to taste<\/li>\n<li>\/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup almond milk, unsweetened**<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon of <strong>Kraft all natural smooth peanut butter<\/strong>, melted<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><i>*Optional.<\/i><\/p>\n<p><i>**I like to use my homemade almond milk recipe.<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Directions: Mix everything, except the last three ingredients together in a bowl. Add vanilla and almond milk. Stir and then drizzle the PB on top. I like to warm the PB and top it like a frosting! Peanuts. That&#8217;s it. And that&#8217;s how it&#8217;s supposed to be! Pure and simple.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m pretty particular about getting good fats in my diet, as long as they are simple and not laced with sugar. Honestly, let&#8217;s be honest, peanut butter is one of my favourite ways to get some of those fats in.
