I also like butter chicken&#8230;a lot. This is an amazing low carb sauce for over cauliflower rice or even just <!--more-->cooked veggies. Or, you can splurge and serve it with warm naan bread.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s fast and simple. A lot of recipes have you marinating the chicken and simmering things for hours&#8230;which I have to make a huge effort to put that work in&#8230;and frankly, ain&#8217;t nobody got time for that.<\/p>\n<p>Let&#8217;s just do this quick and easy recipe instead&#8230;with ALL the flavour! Serves 3-4 people.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-6412\" alt=\"The Easiest Butter Chicken in the World\" src=\"https:\/\/www.colourfulpalate.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/The-Easiest-Butter-Chicken-in-the-World-400x600.jpg\" width=\"400\" height=\"600\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.colourfulpalate.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/The-Easiest-Butter-Chicken-in-the-World-400x600.jpg 400w, https:\/\/www.colourfulpalate.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/The-Easiest-Butter-Chicken-in-the-World-800x1200.jpg 800w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"recipeTitle\">Low Carb Butter Chicken<\/h2>\n<ol class=\"recipe\">\n<li>1 tbsp. butter<\/li>\n<li>2-4 cloves garlic, pressed<\/li>\n<li>1\/2-1 cup frozen veggies of choice<\/li>\n<li>1 small onion<\/li>\n<li>2 cups tomato sauce<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup cream<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup coconut milk<\/li>\n<li>2-3 tbsp. garam masala<\/li>\n<li>1\/2. tsp turmeric<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 tsp. chilli powder<\/li>\n<li>1 large chicken breast, cooked and cubed<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Directions: In a pan, melt the butter and cook garlic and onion until caramelized. Add veggies and cook. Add and heat tomato sauce. Add the rest of the ingredients and guess what? That&#8217;s it.<\/p>\n<p>Also, feel free to add more spice or less.
