I&#8217;m beyond excited!<\/p>\n<p>I think it&#8217;s safe to say I have an obvious smoothie obsession&#8230;and over three years ago I decided to turn that into an annual contest. There will be weekly challenges, inspiration, and lots of recipes. Write some goals, tailor your smoothie challenge, grab a girlfriend and keep each other accountable for the month of June!<\/p>\n<p>All you have to do is drink a <strong>#colourfulsmoothie<\/strong> every day!<\/p>\n<p>If you want to slim down a little bit, maybe you&#8217;ll want to drink a Colourful Smoothie for a meal replacement. Participants from years past have done that, and it&#8217;s a super effortless (and smart) tactic.<\/p>\n<p>Or if complementing your fitness regime with healthy eating is your goal, smoothies are an amazing idea. We all know that good nutrition helps get your ideal body composition &#8211; much more than long hours on the treadmill.<\/p>\n<p>Whatever your goals, use this month to make them happen!
