Blame cravings, the sunshine, or my desire to make ALL the flavours, but I&#8217;m hooked.<\/p>\n<p>The chocolate one I made with half the fat and <!--more-->half the calories as last time. It literally tastes like a fudgesicle in a bowl. I topped my chocolate ice-cream with <a title=\"Raw cacao nibs\" href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/1E6k8SG\" target=\"_blank\">these raw cacao nibs<\/a>. Serves 4 (or 3 large servings).<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"recipeTitle\">\u00a0Low Carb Chocolate Ice-Cream<\/h2>\n<ol class=\"recipe\">\n<li>\u00a01 cup almond milk<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup heavy whipping cream<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup cottage cheese<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup cocoa<\/li>\n<li>1\/8 cup chocolate stevia syrup<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp. pure vanilla extract<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Blend all the ingredients together until smooth. Add to ice-cream maker according to manufacturers instructions.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0*You can use any stevia based sweetener, just add according to taste.
