I hate plastic &#8211; it is the enemy of all that is good and right.<\/p>\n<p>There are glasses in my cupboard, but I think they&#8217;re too small.<\/p>\n<p>Two years ago, when I started <!--more-->college I brought Mason jars everywhere. I was constantly accused of bringing moonshine to class (who knew that water isn&#8217;t obviously water! good grief), but I still brought my jars. I brought smoothies in them, teas, or even salads&#8230;the mocking still continued.<\/p>\n<p>Then, I started noticing other people bringing jars to class. By year two of my education, the teacher was doing it.<\/p>\n<p>Sometimes I forget the lids and I spill hot lemon and stevia all over me as I drive to church&#8230;or my coffee sloshes over me as I round a corner. However, forgetting the lid hasn&#8217;t been my biggest problem. It&#8217;s just that with hot drinks&#8230;they&#8217;re too hot. Glass, as glorious as it is, is a great transmitter for heat.<\/p>\n<p>After two years, I found a glorious solution.
