Okay, so I didn&#8217;t cook an actual pumpkin&#8230;at all. I actually just bought one can of pumpkin puree and now I\u2019m like<!--more-->\u2026\u201dI got half a can of pumpkin. What now?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>So I do have the <a title=\"Pumpkin Pie Cream Cheese Pancake\" href=\"https:\/\/www.colourfulpalate.com\/2013\/12\/16\/3-ways-to-make-cream-cheese-pancakes-low-carb\/\" target=\"_blank\">pumpkin cream cheese pancake<\/a> on my menu\u2026but you know how I like my protein shakes\u2026so this recipe got my pumpkin first.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s low carb, sugar free, got your healthy fats, protein, and even some veggies (i.e. that aforementioned pumpkin). You know the drill. Top with pumpkin spice and probably some whip cream. I was out.
