Can you believe it!?\u00a0 It\u2019s me! This summer has been a whirlwind, and while I thought I\u2019d start blogging regularly after I graduated from college, a lot of things came up\u2026and I ended up taking the summer off. It was a<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
good choice, there was too much going on and I needed to take a break.<\/p>\n
Throughout the whole of this summer I barely even opened my laptop. For a season, it was very liberating just to go about life without thinking about posting. There was a lot of things happening where I just needed to sort of priorities, focus on relationships, and just figure things out.<\/p>\n
However, blogging has been and probably always will be a huge passion in my life\u2026and I think, that taking such an extended break has been only fueled my love for it. I missed it.<\/p>\n
But I\u2019m back. Yup.<\/p>\n
That\u2019s enough of a vacation.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m excited because I\u2019ve been thinking about Colourful Palate, and what I love about it\u2026and what needs to change.<\/p>\n
In the past, mainly it\u2019s been all about the recipes, workouts, lifestyle tips, and motivation, and yes, that will continue to be the focus, however, there\u2019s more I want to share!<\/p>\n
So here\u2019s what you can expect! Ahhh, I\u2019m excited!<\/p>\n
CONSISTENCY<\/strong><\/p>\n For now I\u2019m committing to 2 posts a week minimum, as things progress it may become more.<\/p>\n COLOURFUL LIFE<\/strong><\/p>\n This is a blog after all\u2026so I\u2019m going to be sharing more of my life! Get ready. I\u2019m a bit crazy.<\/p>\n SOUL VITAMINS<\/strong><\/p>\n I started this several months back, but it never became a featured thing\u2026till now. My spirituality and my faith in God has always been very important to me, but over the last year my walk with God has become even more special to me. It\u2019s too exciting and too much a part of me \u2013 I want to share!<\/p>\n MORE TO OFFER<\/strong><\/p>\n After two years of studying Exercise Science, I am a personal trainer\u2026so I\u2019m opening myself up to online training! Whaaa! Yup. That\u2019s right. There will be more info on this soon, but essentially, I can create programs for you as well as support you as your personal one-on-one coach!
