I\u2019ve adjusted my schedule quite drastically and I now get up outrageously early so that I can go to the gym before my morning classes hit. While this night owl still gets used to getting up while it\u2019s still dark, coffee has become a staple.<\/p>\n<p>Hot or cold, it\u2019s a blessing.<\/p>\n<p>However, currently my favourite way to enjoy it is as a post-workout breakfast\u2026and yes, protein in the shake and whipped cream on top. I\u2019m that girl. Serves 2.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-5122\" alt=\"Low Carb Frappaccino\" src=\"https:\/\/www.colourfulpalate.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/Low-Carb-Frappaccino-510x380.jpg\" width=\"510\" height=\"380\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.colourfulpalate.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/Low-Carb-Frappaccino-510x380.jpg 510w, https:\/\/www.colourfulpalate.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/Low-Carb-Frappaccino-1024x763.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.colourfulpalate.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/Low-Carb-Frappaccino.jpg 1448w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 510px) 100vw, 510px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"recipeTitle\">Low Carb Frappuccino<\/h2>\n<ol class=\"recipe\">\n<li>2 cups almond milk, unsweetened<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp. heavy cream (opt)<\/li>\n<li>8 stevia drops*<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp. instant coffee<\/li>\n<li>1 scoop of whey protein, unsweetened<\/li>\n<li>1 tray of ice<\/li>\n<li>Cinnamon and nutmeg, to taste**<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><em>*I used <a title=\"Vanilla Stevia\" href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/OzkJEo\" target=\"_blank\">vanilla flavoured NuNaturals<\/a> &#8211; I use this for everything, no joke<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>**Or you can use these spices just for a pretty dusting on top of the shake<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Blend everything in a high speed blender.
