Oh my. It\u2019s 2014. Whhhaaaa!<\/p>\n

Guys, it\u2019s a new year. Wow. I\u2019m beyond excited about the adventures that this year will bring. Looking back on 2013, I\u2019ve been overwhelmed by the goodness of God. I\u2019m not going to lie, I\u2019ve been through some really rough patches, but through it all God has shown Himself faithful. Even when things didn\u2019t happen the way I wanted them to\u2026the truth remains, that He is good.<\/p>\n

So blessed.<\/p>\n

This year had so many happy moments and I wanted to reflect on some of my favourites!<\/p>\n

Doing an across Canada music tour for 2 months<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

\"May<\/p>\n

Doing music with my family is a precious experience and seeing the beauty of all the different provinces of Canada wasn\u2019t too shabby either. Two of my favourite provinces to visit was definitely Ontario and Prince Edward Island \u2013 being a prairie girl, seeing the waves crash on Cavendish beach and the forests that go on forever are a novel beauty. However, in traveling, the biggest joy for me was singing for wonderful people.<\/p>\n

Going to my first blogging conference<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

\"Kure<\/p>\n

Goodness! This was an absolutely magical time \u2013 thanks to my favourite spirulina people<\/a> in the world (you know I\u2019m obsessed with spirulina \u2013 here\u2019s why<\/a>), I got to attend FitBloggin<\/a> in Portland, Oregon. Trampoline workouts, blogging workshops, meeting amazing blogging friends, exploring Portland, and trying restaurants \u2013 it was all really special.<\/p>\n

Completing the Colourful Smoothie Challenge<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

The Colourful Smoothie Challenge<\/a> has become an annual challenge for me and a lot of you readers\u2026it\u2019s always a fabulous month for me\u2026usually in the middle of the year, to put health back as priority. Plus, I\u2019m not gonna lie, I get amazing sponsors every year and the prizes are great! I\u2019m looking forward to this year\u2019s challenge, it\u2019s going to be even better!<\/p>\n

Being Certified as Group Instructor<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

\"Certified<\/p>\n

Last year I taught my own bootcamp, but it was unofficial (and free!) because I wasn\u2019t officially certified. However, now I am\u2026so as I work front desk at a gym while I\u2019m still in school, I\u2019m available to be a sub teacher for bootcamps\u2026so it\u2019s perfect! I really love teaching and am looking forward to doing more of it this year!<\/p>\n

Volleyball<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Always. This is what makes my summer extra magical. I\u2019m not amazing, but it\u2019s one of the funnest things. Ever.<\/p>\n

My Walk with God<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

\"God<\/p>\n

This year so much has happened in my spiritual walk. God has shown me a lot about what walking with Him looks like \u2013 and how that translates to my prayer life, how I relate to people, and the time I spend with God. I crave time with Him and my day is not right unless I spend my morning with Jesus. I\u2019m so thankful for His grace in my life\u2026and honestly, I have never been so in love with God. It\u2019s been beautiful.<\/p>\n

Completing my 3rd<\/sup> Semester in Exercise Science<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

\"Studying\"<\/p>\n

Yup. I\u2019m almost done college. One more semester and I\u2019m graduated! Whaaa! Once April is here, I will be a certified personal trainer and have my degree in Exercise Science! Pretty exciting.<\/p>\n
