I love my cream cheese pancakes<!--more--> &#8211; they are no sugar and very low carb&#8230;and high in the yum factor. Pour half the batter into a pre-heated non-stick pan (with a little butter or coconut oil added to the pan). Cook until each side is done. Cook the other half of the batter.
