Why keep such goodness a secret?<\/p>\n<p>It really is an amazing shake because it\u2019s literally a dessert, but is very low sugar<!--more-->, very low in carbs, high in protein, and healthy fats. You can <a title=\"Stainless Steel Drinking straws\" href=\"http:\/\/www.mainedrinkingstraws.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">get one here<\/a>!)<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Sometimes it ends up looking a little green, because I can\u2019t resist the urge to put <a title=\"Spirulina\" href=\"https:\/\/www.colourfulpalate.com\/2013\/06\/24\/my-spirulina-obsession\/\" target=\"_blank\">spirulina<\/a> in it\u2026but I assure you it tastes the same! If you\u2019re not a PB fan, simply skip it! Also, if you\u2019re into superfoods like me, feel free to add some extra love to your smoothie. Maca and lucuma are particularly good for this recipe. This will serve 1 large serving, or two smaller servings.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"recipeTitle\">Chocolate PB Dessert Shake<\/h2>\n<ol class=\"recipe\">\n<li>2 tbsp. heavy cream*<\/li>\n<li>1 cup almond milk, unsweetened<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp. cocoa (heaping)<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp. natural peanut butter (heaping)<\/li>\n<li>1 scoop of whey protein powder<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp. vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li>3 packets Truvia<\/li>\n<li>A few drops of <a title=\"Chocolate NuNaturals\" href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/1dkZp42\" target=\"_blank\">chocolate NuNaturals<\/a> (optional)<\/li>\n<li>8 ice cubes<\/li>\n<li>Small handful of salted peanuts<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><i>*Preferably raw and organic<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Blend everything (except the peanuts) into quiet submission. Then throw in the peanuts and blend until they\u2019re just slightly chopped. If you like eating your smoothies like ice-cream in a bowl (like me) throw in a few more peanuts and some raw cacao nibs (these are <a title=\"Cacao Nibs\" href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/17dAxc8\" target=\"_blank\">the ones I like<\/a>) and enjoy!
