Really, I\u2019m kind of surprised that I haven\u2019t seen this in stores yet, unless I\u2019m an oblivious grocery shopper.<\/p>\n<p>These are protein fruit rollups\u2026or, fruit leather, that are loaded with protein and high in a fresh, fruity flavour<!--more-->!<\/p>\n<p>My creative juices started flowing when the people at <a title=\"Visalus\" href=\"http:\/\/visalus.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">ViSalus<\/a> asked me to develop a unique recipe using their <a title=\"Protein Powder\" href=\"http:\/\/visalus.com\/products\/vi-shape\" target=\"_blank\">protein powder<\/a> as part of their \u201990 by 90\u2019 recipe series. It\u2019s ridiculously simple \u2013 something you can make in literally less than 5 minutes. I\u2019m excited to try it with different flavours\/combinations of fruits now! This makes 4 good servings.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"recipeTitle\">Protein Fruit Rollups<\/h2>\n<ol class=\"recipe\">\n<li>3 cups strawberries<\/li>\n<li>4 heaping scoops of ViShape mix*<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><em>*You could use other protein powders, but the nutrition info will be different<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Just blend up the strawberries with the protein powder. Spread it onto two dehydrator trays and let it dehydrate at 105 degrees (F) for about 16 (+\/-) hours.
