But it\u2019s also the sort of day where lots is happening and I have loads to do, whether I ignore the fact or not. So because of <!--more-->the circumstances, I pampered myself at breakfast. A delightful pause before the flurries of activity. This I did with creamy, sweet Swiss Oatmeal. While I waited for my breaky to set (it takes about a half an hour), I munched on a small orange and some red grapes. Maybe it was too early with my injury. I did it, but it was a hard run and I had to be very careful not to get out of breath. It seems that my injury involves bruised ribs or something similar, so there&#8217;s a lot of pressure on my chest. I&#8217;m under the impression that I shouldn&#8217;t of run, but I guess I&#8217;m feeling a little desperate to get some training in. I&#8217;ll try to take the rest of my day easy and head to bed earlier tonight.<\/p>\n<p>I think this afternoon will have what yesterday did not have time for&#8230;some sketching. I&#8217;m working on a new oil painting project, but I need to get some more sketching done before I actually put some paint to canvas. I get kind of giddy when it comes to art projects. Me thinks I&#8217;ll be doing some apple snacking with <a title=\"Caramel Apple Dip\" href=\"https:\/\/www.colourfulpalate.com\/2011\/03\/05\/caramel-apple-dip\/\" target=\"_blank\">caramel apple dip<\/a> too&#8230;just saying. Should be fun.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>When you don&#8217;t have a lot of time to yourself, what&#8217;s one thing you do to de-stress yourself?
