I usually end up getting out at gas stations and doing some stretches, lunges, wall pushups and calf raises&#8230;whatever I can, to get my body moving. Sitting all day is just not cool.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>When we stop for night, I try to get exercise when I can\u2026but some places don\u2019t have a gym or it\u2019s too late to go out for a walk\/run.
