Which gets me veeeeerrrrry excited! Not only does this mean the beginning of bare feet, beach volleyball, and warm sun&#8230;the day spring comes happens to be my birthday too.<\/p>\n<p>Without me&#8230;there is no spring. I brought it.<\/p>\n<p>Just thought you should know that.<\/p>\n<p>With all <!--more-->these spring thoughts, I&#8217;ve been working on building my arm strength for beach volleyball and those pretty sleeveless dresses. Use 5-15 pound weights, or as much as you can lift with good form. In case you don&#8217;t know what skinny dips are, that&#8217;s just the fun name for triceps dips. Basically, you do a bridge on the ground, fingers pointed forward, and lift your upper body up and down. This will work your triceps.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Are you excited about spring?
