I\u2019m in the middle of midterm exams, appointments, work deadlines, and a boatload of other commitments.<\/p>\n<p>So I thought today I\u2019d go over some of the things that keep me healthy and energized when life is full of stress, deadlines, and appointments. I know life can get crazy for all of us, so<!--more--> I hope these tips will help you stay healthy and fit when you don\u2019t have a lot of time.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Take your Vitamins<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-3630\" title=\"Take your Vitamins\" src=\"https:\/\/www.colourfulpalate.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/Take-your-Vitamins-510x392.jpg\" alt=\"Take your Vitamins\" width=\"510\" height=\"392\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.colourfulpalate.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/Take-your-Vitamins-510x392.jpg 510w, https:\/\/www.colourfulpalate.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/Take-your-Vitamins-1024x788.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.colourfulpalate.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/Take-your-Vitamins.jpg 1402w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 510px) 100vw, 510px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Seriously, when you\u2019re always on the go your immune system can get run down. Taking a multivitamin or some extra superfoods might be enough to give your system that extra boost! <a title=\"Spirulina\" href=\"https:\/\/www.colourfulpalate.com\/2012\/06\/04\/superfood-spotlight-spirulina-and-why-its-cool\/\" target=\"_blank\">I take spirulina<\/a> and vitamin C daily. On days I don\u2019t get sunshine I also take vitamin D.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eat a Healthy Breakfast<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I know that it can be hard to get that meal in when you\u2019re trying to rush out the door, but it\u2019s important! If I don\u2019t start my day off with a nutritional boost I simply don\u2019t have the brain fuel for classes or the physical strength to keep going (seriously, I feel faint or nauseous if I skip breakfast!).
