Me and my Instagram peeps are having lots of fun with the September <a title=\"Challenge\" href=\"https:\/\/www.colourfulpalate.com\/2012\/08\/29\/september-instagram-contest\/\" target=\"_blank\">#colourfulphotoaday challenge<\/a> making this month full of inspiration for a healthy, happy, and fit fall!<\/p>\n<p>Seriously people, I\u2019m so loving all your submissions for the <!--more-->challenge. Self Portrait<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Breakfast<\/strong> &#8211; a couple pieces of organic, sprouted toast wit natural peanut butter and raw honey. The other slice has coconut oil, cinnamon, and <a title=\"Truvia\" href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/PVoPGL\" target=\"_blank\">Truvia<\/a> on it &#8211; all really great for the metabolism! Motivation<\/strong> &#8211; Love this quote!<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Grateful<\/strong> &#8211; I&#8217;m so blessed by the family that God blessed me with! We have the best times together&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Workout move<\/strong> &#8211; Personally, I love crunches and ab work. Fruit &#8211; This is my <a title=\"Exotic Fruit Salad\" href=\"https:\/\/www.colourfulpalate.com\/2012\/04\/23\/exotic-fruit-salad\/\" target=\"_blank\">Exotic Fruit Salad<\/a> &#8211; one of my favourites, for breakfast or for dessert.<\/p>\n<p>8. Healthy living tip &#8211; Green tea is great for detox, burning extra calories, hydration, antioxidants, and a great source of clean caffeine and energy. Inspiration<\/strong> &#8211; I love to <a title=\"Inspiration Boards\" href=\"https:\/\/www.colourfulpalate.com\/2011\/12\/29\/setting-new-years-goals-and-keeping-yourself-motivated\/\" target=\"_blank\">make &#8220;Inspiration Boards&#8221;<\/a> at the beginning of a new year that is chock full of goals in the form of pictures, whether it&#8217;s drinking more water, running faster, or motivating quotes&#8230;it&#8217;s a great way to get creative &#8211; so personalize it! Hang it up somewhere you can see it daily so you&#8217;re reminded of your goals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>10. Veggies<\/strong> &#8211; One of my favourite ways to enjoy raw vegetables is dipping them in protein rich hummus or Greek yogurt. Another option is plain old mustard. If dipping veggies makes you eat more of them, dip away! Jumprope<\/strong> &#8211; love using jumpropes in my workouts. Awesome cardio. Thanks to the <a title=\"Purely Twins\" href=\"http:\/\/purelytwins.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">PurelyTwins<\/a> for the great, quick workout I did with my rope!<\/p>\n<p><strong>12. Snack<\/strong> &#8211; Black tea w\/ <a title=\"Vanilla Stevia\" href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/Se35oW\" target=\"_blank\">NuNaturals vanilla stevia<\/a>, half-and-half, and a freshly made, sugar-free healthy brownie (recipe coming soon!).<\/p>\n<p>Hope you enjoyed this sneak peek into my healthy September!
