I did a new thing the other day and added protein powder to my oatmeal. It turned into the best thing ever.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>You know those little <a title=\"Oatmeal\" href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/RyPnN3\" target=\"_blank\">packages of oatmeal<\/a> you can buy (the kind you have to eat 6 of before you feel full). My favourite kind was the peaches and cream flavour. That being so, I decided to make a high-protein peaches and cream oatmeal for my lunch. They make everything delicious.<\/p>\n<p>I amped up my 1\/3 cup of quick oats protein count from 4g to over 27g! Also, my oatmeal tasted amazing. The vanilla protein powder I used made my oats so creamy I used hardly any milk! Serves 1.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"recipeTitle\">Peaches N\u2019 Cream Protein Oatmeal<\/h2>\n<ol class=\"recipe\">\n<li>1\/3 cup quick oats<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup egg whites<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup water<\/li>\n<li>1 scoop vanilla protein*<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup almond milk<\/li>\n<li>1 peach, chopped<\/li>\n<li>Cinnamon, to taste<\/li>\n<li>Almond milk<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>*I used <a title=\"Fitmixer protein\" href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/OLuRfc\" target=\"_blank\">FitMixer vanilla protein<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Cook the quick oats, egg whites, and water on medium heat until completely cooked (around 3-5 minutes).
