Can you believe it\u2019s almost September? Summer is almost over and although I\u2019ve loved it all, I have to say I\u2019m so looking forward to autumn.<\/p>\n

I love the crisp, cool mornings \u2013 seeing my breath in the air \u2013 hot lattes \u2013 reading more \u2013 working out outdoors and not being too hot \u2013 drinking herbal tea ALL day long \u2013 \u2013 warm sweaters and hoodies \u2013 long walks – warm oatmeal in the morning \u2013 crunchy apples – it\u2019s all so cozy! I know fall doesn’t officially start till late September, but I’m still excited!<\/p>\n

Something I thought would be really fun for September would be an Instagram contest with a health\/fitness theme! I love Instagram, it\u2019s such a fun!<\/p>\n

All you have to do is use the tag me (@colourfulpalate<\/strong>) and use this hashtag (so I can track it!) #colourfulphotoaday<\/strong> \u2013 it will start September 1st! I’ll be doing it with you!<\/p>\n

And guess what? There\u2019s a prize for one of the contestants \u2013 one bag of Health Warrior\u2019s chia seeds<\/a>! I personally use their chia seeds and I LOVE them! (Thanks Health Warrior<\/a> for being a part of this!)<\/p>\n
