Are you excited to start the challenge tomorrow? Due to my night owl tendencies, I guess tomorrow is about one hour away, so it\u2019s not long! Oh, and guess what?! We have another cool prize being added to the challenge &#8211; so check out <a title=\"smoothie challenge\" href=\"https:\/\/www.colourfulpalate.com\/2012\/06\/27\/the-colourful-smoothie-challenge\/\" target=\"_blank\">the challenge post<\/a> to see what it is!<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>I also wanted to address a few more questions I\u2019ve gotten about the challenge\/my goals for July\u2026so here they are:<\/p>\n<p>Chelsea B asked, <em>\u201cWould the smoothie be a substitution for a meal? Or a snack?\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Whatever you want! Meal, snack\u2026doesn\u2019t matter! Personally, I\u2019m doing my one smoothie a day as meal replacement, but you can do it whatever way you like!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Svetlana asked, <em>\u201cWill you be publishing what the smoothies recipes are? That would be cool.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>You can make whatever smoothies you want! However, I will be doing lots of smoothie recipes on the blog this month so you can try those too!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rachel asked, <em>\u201cHow do you plan to \u201ctake\u201d spirulina daily? Are you going to put it in your smoothie every day? How much do you normally put in each smoothie? Thank you!\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>I take it every day in tablet form (6 tablets), except on the days that I take 1 teaspoon of it in a smoothie or juice. The brand I use is <a title=\"Nutrex Hawaii\" href=\"http:\/\/www.nutrex-hawaii.com\/estore\/hawaiian-spirulina-new-1000mg-3aday-formula?utm_campaign=colourfulpalatespirulina&amp;utm_medium=promotion&amp;utm_source=colourfulpalate\" target=\"_blank\">Nutrex Hawaii<\/a> and I\u2019m SO impressed with it.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Andrea asked, <em>\u201cWhat a great challenge!!!
