Seriously, you guys are awesome! It\u2019s going to be one awesome month!<\/p>\n<p>Okay, so before Sunday comes upon us (July 1st), I want to clarify a few things for the challenge.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-2719\" title=\"Wild Blueberry Shake 01\" src=\"https:\/\/www.colourfulpalate.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/Wild-Blueberry-Shake-2-3-448x600.jpg\" alt=\"Wild Blueberry Shake 01\" width=\"448\" height=\"600\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.colourfulpalate.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/Wild-Blueberry-Shake-2-3-448x600.jpg 448w, https:\/\/www.colourfulpalate.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/Wild-Blueberry-Shake-2-3.jpg 778w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 448px) 100vw, 448px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Cassandra emailed me with a great question\u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cHello Charissa!\u00a0 I am going to attempt to make it through your smoothie challenge!\u00a0 It sounds exciting and very interesting :)\u00a0 I just wanted to clarify the point system.\u00a0 All but the tweeting photos are a one time point opportunity correct?\u00a0 For example, if I make one of your smoothies I get the points just the one time?\u00a0 Thank you and I look forward to the challenge!!!\u201d Cassandra &#8211; @runfortoday<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Answer:<\/span> You can make as many of my smoothies as you want for points (it will count as 3 &#8211; not in addition to the 1 point of a smoothie).<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>I think it&#8217;s great if you share the image and share about the challenge on your site too &#8211; I won&#8217;t set a limit on that, but in order for me to count the points for it you MUST link back to me (so I can keep track). I\u2019d love it if you included any of the images from the <a title=\"Challenge\" href=\"https:\/\/www.colourfulpalate.com\/2012\/06\/27\/the-colourful-smoothie-challenge\/\" target=\"_blank\">initial challenge post<\/a> to it!<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>You can share about it with your friends on Twitter up to 3x (or as much as you want, but it will be only up to 3x!) <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The 5 points for drinking a smoothie every day of the month is just once.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Challenge Participants READ THIS:<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n<p>Hope that added some clarity! The whole challenge is really quite simple, just tweet me your smoothies WITH the hastag #colourfulsmoothie \u2013 some of you have been tweeting already (thanks ladies!), but are using different hashtags from #colorfulpalate, #thecolourfulpalate, and #colorfulsmoothies. There\u2019s just too many to track. <strong>I will be counting the hastags with #colourfulsmoothie \u2013 spelled the Canadian way.<\/strong> However, because most of you are from the US, <strong>I will check the hastag #colorfulsmoothie as well.<\/strong> Those are the ONLY TWO hastags I will be counting for points.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019ll also help you keep updated to the going-ons if you\u2019re following me on <a title=\"Facebook Page\" href=\"http:\/\/www.facebook.com\/thecolourfulpalate\" target=\"_blank\">Facebook<\/a>, <a title=\"Twitter\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/ColourfulPalate\" target=\"_blank\">Twitter<\/a>, or Instagram (username: colourfulpalate). I took it before I did <a title=\"Shed and Shred\" href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/Nw2L9j\" target=\"_blank\">Jillian\u2019s Shed and Shred<\/a> this morning (1 hour and 15 min. of pure intensity \u2013 whew!) and it totally gave me that extra edge to push trough the hard parts.
