I put up my workout\/fitness posts on Monday (or Motivational Monday as I call them), but we’ve been having such a wonderful time with my sister and her kids that I didn\u2019t want to sacrifice any family time to get a post put together.<\/p>\n

I find that I\u2019m super slow in the morning. I am just NOT a morning person\u2026I just sort of wander around the house getting stuff done. It\u2019s probably the only time of day where I\u2019m completely silent. If anyone needs a wakeup call\u2026it\u2019s me.I find that working out in the mornings is really hard\u2026but for me, almost necessary. Even if I just do a 5-10 minute workout it gets me going and wakes me up.<\/p>\n

This is my new routine that I\u2019m trying out in the mornings\u2026<\/p>\n

Crunches are probably one of my favourite exercises\u2026<\/p>\n

I also really love squats \u2013 they are such a great lower body workout and you can do them anywhere. Sometimes I\u2019ll even do them while I\u2019m brushing my teeth!<\/p>\n

Let me know if you tried the routine and what you think of it. If you can\u2019t seem to get this little workout going in your morning, maybe you should try rebounding for 5 minutes\u2026<\/p>\n

It gets your lymph system going and puts a smile on your face. Seriously. It\u2019s such fun.<\/p>\n

…And no, my head didn’t hit the ceiling, but it was close.<\/p>\n
