Hey guys\u2026it\u2019s great to be back after an awesome weekend!<\/p>\n

For those of you don\u2019t know I sing in a family band. Once the busy season picks up we\u2019re gone pretty much every weekend. Sometimes we go on long tours up to two months<\/a> and sometimes it\u2019s just day trips\u2026nonetheless it keeps us pretty busy. Singing is my passion! So that’s why this is a little late.<\/p>\n

Now to the delicious part of the post\u2026<\/p>\n

I just made this fruit salad the other day and I was so wowed with it\u2026I just HAD to share it with you! Immediately following a workout I enjoyed it\u2026and it was so refreshing!<\/p>\n

I choose some of my very favourite fruits\u2026<\/p>\n

Exotic Fruit Salad<\/h2>\n

  1. Banana<\/li>\n
  2. Avocado<\/li>\n
  3. Grapes, frozen<\/li>\n
  4. Wild blueberries<\/li>\n
  5. Grapefruit, sectioned<\/li>\n
  6. Kiwi<\/li>\n
  7. Apple<\/li>\n
  8. Lime juice<\/li>\n
  9. Pineapple juice<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    I simply sliced the amount of fruit I wanted, tossed into a bowl, and drizzled with lime and pineapple juice. Ahhhh-mazing. I thought about adding some yogurt to the mix, but I opted to go with the natural fruit juices instead\u2026so good.<\/p>\n
