Today has been a loooong day. This is why this post is not exactly an early morning post like I usually do.<\/p>\n

I had this Heart Protein Pancake<\/a> yesterday again and gaaah, if you haven\u2019t tried it\u2026you need to. It tastes like a warm, chocolate chip cookie. I like to top it with whip cream (just a little!) and it tastes like dessert. So good! Anyway, where was I? Right\u2026long day\u2026<\/p>\n

I\u2019m running close to the end of two of my courses, so I\u2019ve been very busy researching and working on my final reports. All I can say is\u2026thank goodness the end is in sight.<\/p>\n

Anyway, as you know I\u2019m doing a bit of series about natural makeup and natural body care, so I wanted to share with you one of my newest favourites.<\/p>\n

Every single ingredient in this lotion from Tropical Traditions<\/a> is natural. There\u2019s nothing I can\u2019t pronounce, it\u2019s a short ingredient list, and everything is nourishing and healthy for your skin. In short, I love it.<\/p>\n

There are no artificial fragrances \u2013 no alcohols \u2013 and no petroleum products!<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you choose to get a scented lotion, the scent comes from essential oils and is actually beneficial to your skin…it’s not that fake stuff.<\/p>\n

Tropical Traditions (the company we get our coconut oil<\/a> from!) asked me what kind of lotion I wanted to review, I asked for the Arnica kind, because I heard it was great for healing sore and tired muscles, which is the constant state of my muscles. It\u2019s so moisturizing, sinks in quickly, and doesn\u2019t feel sticky on my skin (like some of my other lotions).<\/p>\n

I feel really spoiled with this brand and plan on continuing to use it, because it\u2019s amazing. Sorry, I said that already. I just love using pure ingredients.<\/p>\n
