I\u2019m also a fan of getting protein in tasty ways. So when I had exactly one cup of tofu leftover from a previous recipe, I decided it was time to make something creamy. A lot of people <!--more-->aren\u2019t interested in eating tofu and tease us innocents who happen to like it\u2026but trust me, if you keep it a secret that there\u2019s tofu in this pudding, I don\u2019t think anyone will find out. I don\u2019t have permission to post the recipe, but I recommend picking the book up if you can. I totally heart this book because all the recipes are completely healthy and taste amazing.
