I can\u2019t believe it\u2019s almost Christmas! And I\u2019m loving every minute of it! There\u2019s just something about that word \u2018Christmas\u2019 that fills my heart with joy! To me, it speaks of special family time, sparkling snow outside my window, the fun of secrets as we buy gifts for each other, and the smells of delicious baking. However, there\u2019s something so more much special to me than all those lovely things\u2026and it\u2019s the fact that God loved me (and you!) so much that He sent His son to earth to be our Savior\u2026Emmanuel, God with Us! It\u2019s such a beautiful message that somehow gets overlooked during the busy-ness of the season.<\/p>\n

That is what makes Christmas so merry!<\/p>\n

But, of course, a little hot chocolate helps too!<\/p>\n

I made this yesterday evening and it\u2019s just like a liquid dessert! The great thing about it is, thanks to NuNaturals, its sugar-free and low calorie! Sounds good to me! It’s best fresh! This serves 2.<\/p>\n

Vegan Peppermint Hot Chocolate<\/h2>\n

  1. 2 cups unsweetened almond milk<\/li>\n
  2. 2 peppermint tea bags<\/li>\n
  3. 2 tbsp. pure cocoa<\/li>\n
  4. 2 dropper-fulls of NuNaturals cocoa bean stevia*<\/li>\n
  5. \u00bd packet NuNaturals stevia<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    *If you don’t have this just use a little more stevia<\/p>\n

    Heat the almond milk with the tea bags on the stove. Add the cocoa and stevia. Heat till it\u2019s piping hot! Stir with a candy cane for even more of a peppermint essence! Mmmmm\u2026<\/p>\n
