And wow, it feels amazing. After almost two months on the road, to be home feels like a vacation!<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019m finally able to workout regularly again, make<a title=\"Protein Pancake\" href=\"https:\/\/www.colourfulpalate.com\/2011\/08\/24\/oatmeal-protein-pancakes\/\" target=\"_blank\"> my protein pancake breakfasts<\/a>, eat big salads for lunch, and<!--more--> sleep in my own bed. Seriously, to be able to make your own food again is huge! That\u2019s one of the things I missed the most when I was traveling. You try to make the healthiest choice you can, but still\u2026it\u2019s not like being at home.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking of making meals, I had a great lunch yesterday\u2026a superfood, green smoothie. All thanks to Tropical Traditions! Ever since I got into green smoothies I have always wanted to get some superfood green Powder\u2026so when <a title=\"Tropical Traditions\" href=\"http:\/\/www.tropicaltraditions.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Tropical Traditions<\/a> offered to let me review their version, I thought that it was an awesome idea.<\/p>\n<p>I think that if you can get all your nutrition through whole foods you should\u2026but I also believe it\u2019s hard to do that all the time! This <a title=\"Natural Greens\" href=\"http:\/\/secure.ttpurchase.com\/98761863-1E0B-90B3-0EDC8F5247C7D98A\" target=\"_blank\">Natural Greens supplement<\/a> is an awesome way to cover all your bases and to sneak in extra greens. And I am loving it!<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s got spirulina, barley juice powder, alfalfa, and chlorella for greens (all amazing superfoods!). Getting as many greens as you can in your diet only does you good! I\u2019m really trying to amp up the greenery in my diet (especially now that I\u2019m finally home) so this is one of my new tactics. I don\u2019t just have a green smoothie\u2026I add this magical powder. And really, I think most of us eat enough spinach and romaine, but I think variety is a very good idea when it comes to greens. Each variety has something nutritionally special about it!<\/p>\n<p>But what I think is so awesome about this product is that it\u2019s not just about the greens! \u00a0It\u2019s LOADED with other great stuff including probiotics (dairy-free), a fiber blend, a flax blend, enzymes, omega-3s, antioxidants (derived from grapes, aloe vera, blueberry leaves, green tea, turmeric, kelp, pomegranate, ect), and a host of powdered veggies. That all sounds kind of awesome. I don\u2019t know about you, but I could always use a little extra help with getting all those things in my diet!<\/p>\n<p>And for one little scoop it\u2019s like\u202642 calories! I can handle that! Also, I was really impressed at the amounts of contents in the container. You know how when you buy something expensive at the health food store and you open it up\u2026and it\u2019s like half filled. (drives me crazy!) This thing was filled right to the top. To me, that\u2019s cool, because you know the company is not just trying to get as much money, with as little product as they can. Crazy to think we were just there not too long ago.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Nutritional Info (without superfood):<\/strong><\/span> Cals: 171, Fat: 2g, Sodium: 115mg, Carbs: 39g, Fiber: 7g, Sugars: 26g, Protein: 3g<\/p>\n<p>\u2026So my final opinion on the <a title=\"Natural Greens\" href=\"http:\/\/secure.ttpurchase.com\/98761863-1E0B-90B3-0EDC8F5247C7D98A\" target=\"_blank\">Antioxidant Natural Greens<\/a>?<\/p>\n<p>One might think with all this antioxidant goodness, it might not taste amazing. But it\u2019s actually pretty good. I\u2019m not going to lie and say it\u2019s like a chocolate shake\u2026it definitely has that <em>healthy<\/em> taste\u2026but with the addition of some natural sweeteners (like stevia and licorice) there\u2019s nothing bitter about it. But I am a health nut and I really love that healthy taste, so it\u2019s not a downside to me!
