I mean working it out.<\/p>\n<p>Yup. Mini workouts.<\/p>\n<p>I can\u2019t get over how fast I lose my fitness level when I travel. It\u2019s ridiculous. At home, I workout <!--more-->pretty much every day, but on the road\u2026it\u2019s impossible to get it in daily. Which is why it\u2019s super important to me to get that workout in, small as it might be, whenever I can.<\/p>\n<p>Something is better than nothing. Always is. Sure, you\u2019re not going to build muscle, but it\u2019ll help you not lose it. Sitting in a vehicle\/bus\/car all day long is not going to give you the lean, toned look. That\u2019d be cool if it did though. Nice thought.<\/p>\n<p>So\u2026what little things can we do when you have five minutes? (Note: you don\u2019t have to do these in dress shoes like I did. Do lunges. I do this right on the running board of our van. Do at least 20 reps. I hate these with all my heart. You can so tell&#8230;I&#8217;m not just squinting at the sun. Make yourself do at least 50 reps\u2026got it in you\u2026do a 100. Why? I did a quad stretch, sit down stretch, and some triceps stretches.<\/p>\n<p>There. After that, I deserved 4 more hours of sitting with an abundance of snacks in my lap.
