Hey guys! Sorry I\u2019ve been MIA for a couple days\u2026we\u2019ve been having a busy, fun time with some of my family visiting.<\/p>\n

Some posts are worth the wait. I have discovered the best coffee ever. I\u2019m so excited about it\u2026I don\u2019t know why I didn\u2019t think of it sooner! I have a confession\u2026I love those frilly-topped-with-whipped-cream coffee \u201cfru-fru\u201d drinks (so I call them). You know, those beautiful concoctions at Starbucks that are loaded with sugar and whipped cream and taste kind of\u2026out of this world.<\/p>\n

And I love the more simple coffee frappuccinos. Sweet and ice cold with the foamy milk on top. I could have them every day.<\/p>\n

So\u2026now I am. It\u2019s a lovely ritual.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s all rather happy, because I made a healthy version that is less than 50 calories and has no sugar! How\u2019s that?!<\/p>\n

Healthy Coffee Frappuccino<\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. 1 cup unsweetened almond milk*<\/li>\n
  2. 1 tsp. instant coffee<\/li>\n
  3. 2 packets Truvia<\/a><\/li>\n
  4. 4-5 ice cubes<\/li>\n
  5. \u00bd tsp. pure vanilla<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    *I used this almond milk recipe<\/a><\/p>\n

    Blend until it becomes the frothy, cold goodness it\u2019s supposed to. I garnished mine with a little organic hot chocolate powder. Serves 1.<\/p>\n

    Here\u2019s a few photos of our family time. With almost all the nieces and nephews here, there were 16 of them running around. They have such fun together!<\/p>\n

    We had a bunch of races and games planned the one afternoon which all the kids loved.<\/p>\n

    Another one of my beautiful nieces. The girls totally rawk out the boys in this family. I only have 6 nephews out of the 18!<\/p>\n

    These are my grandparents and all my siblings (except for one sister who couldn\u2019t make it out!). It was my Grandma’s 90th birthday so we all got together and had a party! (Doesn’t she look amazing for 90?! And she has hardly any wrinkles!) I\u2019m so blessed to have the family I do\u2026God has been so gracious to us.<\/p>\n
