So this girl…as in me, has a cold. And a cough.
I know right. Falling apart over here.
Because of feeling terrible I didn’t workout a whole lot this week, aside from a lot of walking (which might’ve had something to do with losing my car keys – but don’t worry! I found them…eventually). Anyway, last night I wanted a quick workout before bed and did this quickie.
My goal with this easy Crossfit style workout was to be done before the 10 minute timer beeped. I had a few minutes to spare!
I like this little routine because, although it is quick, it really does hit the main muscle groups, upper and lower body, as well as some core work with cardio…these three workout moves are my favourite!
