I have been wanting to share this recipe with you for ages. For all of you who like sweet evening snacks, you will love this one! It’s low calorie, high in protein, and won’t wreck your clean eating.
It literally tastes like cheesecake with a fraction of the fat and calories! You could also add a little fruit jam instead of the chocolate chips for a fruit flavoured cheesecake taste. Serves 1.
Cheesecake in a Bowl
- 2/3 cup cottage cheese
- 1 tsp. maple syrup
- 1 packet Truvia
- 2 tsp. dark chocolate chips
Simply use your food processor or blender to whip everything (except chocolate chips) until smooth. Add chocolate chips and whip until the chocolate chips become smaller chips of chocolate.
It’s just perfect for those late night cravings! Hope you enjoy!
